At IJOS.STUDIO, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 3-7 working days from the date of purchase, subject to stock availability (UK & India).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sundays and public holidays.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-10 working days. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. IJOS.STUDIO is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping charge. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
